Clariness's services and networks are built on CTNet, our Internet platform developed to support study design, study feasibiliy, site selection and patient access in clinical trials.

Central to CTNet is the technology developed to capture clinical profiles of patients and studies, enabling study scenarios to be evaluated against patient medical records.

Patient medical records are captured via the site management system InSite, which has been tailored for use in investigator sites. Besides a full-featured patient database, designed exclusively for clinical trial purposes, InSite provides an integrated system to manage an investigator's day-to-day clinical study activities. A further element of CTNet is the European clinical research portal ClinLife, which provides public trial publication and registration services.

In addition to being fed through InSite and ClinLife, CTNet can be linked to external data providers and readers through its Web Services. This allows clinics and hospitals to participate in the Clariness Network via their IT systems and permits sponsors to integrate Clariness data with their own systems and evaluation strategies.
