Investigator sites are the key to effective patient retention. Patients that have a close relationship with their site remain in the study. We see our task as enabling the sites to establish and maintain a strong relationship with their patients throughout the duration of the study. We offer the following activities to reach this target:

  • Supporting sites by providing them tools to easily communicate with patients.
  • Tracking of site’s dropout rates and individual follow-up for those sites with high dropout rates.
  • Providing sites a hotline to call in their respective local language, answering questions regarding patient retention.

Our tools support the sites to keep up the communication level with their patients, thus motivating them to complete the study. This includes the ability to easily schedule and send appointment reminders and newsletters to patients.

Tracking the performance of each site gives us the opportunity to support sites that have higher dropout rates. Clariness will contact underperforming sites, make them aware of their performance and offer support to reduce the dropout rate. We act as partners for these sites, locally supporting them with their issues.
